Due to the area being a peak tourist season during the time of the conference (Cannes film festival), it is strongly encouraged to register your accomodations at the Club Med as soon as possible. Rooms blocked for the conference will be released in early March and no at-door registration will be possible, so accomodation registration should be done before March 5th, 2008.
Deadline for Author/presenter conference registration is 10 March 2008.

CONFERENCE LOCATION
The 2008 Joint NVSMW/ICMTD Conference will be hosted by the Club Méditerranée (Club Med) in the village of Opio on the French Riviera. Opio is a typical Provencal village located in the region of “Alpes Maritimes” between mountains and Mediterranean sea. The village is situated between Grasse, Cannes and Nice. Opio is about 25 miles (40 km) away from Nice, and 12 miles (20 km) away from Antibes and Cannes, where the film festival will be held during the conference. The village is situated on the plateau of Valbonne which is known for it’s wonderful pine-woods, it’s vine and oliver groves. Opio also neighbours Sophia Antipolis, known as the French “Telecom Valley”, and is in the proximity of the international airport of Nice-Côte d’ Azur and the railway stations of Nice and Cannes.

| The conference will take place at Club Med Opio, a relaxing club situated among 500 000 m² of pine-woods, vine and oliver groves. Each attendee will benefit of a pleasant stay in single or double high-quality rooms equipped with air conditioning, LCD TV and an individual bathroom. During the conference a WiFi internet access will be available from the rooms. Attendees will enjoy an all-inclusive stay including a unlimited and free access to the 2 swimming pools, a 9 holes golf course situated in the heart of the club, sport trainings, Turkish bath and sauna. This package offers a pre-paid open-bar, day and night, where any extra drinks and snacks outside of meals times are included in the conference fees |

Accommodation & Price list
- Accommodation includes 4 nights + food & beverage from Sunday 3PM, May 18th 2008 to Thursday 3PM, May 22nd 2008
- Rooms are equipped with two beds, so each attendee can accommodate a guest or a family member.
- Additional rooms for other family members or guests will only be available in the limit that accommodation can be guaranteed for each conference attendee.
- Stays in the club can be extended few days before / after the conference in the limit of available rooms.
- All fees above will be charged in Euro (price in USD are only indicative)

Please follow the two procedures below to registrate at the Club Med Opio and at the conference.
- Deadline for Author/presenter conference registration is 10 March 2008

2. ACCOMMODATION |
Step 1. Download the registration form for accommodation here.
Step 2. Fill in the 3-pages registration form. If you want to pay by bank tranfser, please download Jet Stim's bank informations here.
Step 3. Fax the registration form to Jet Stim at the following number: +33 1 45 15 73 99
You will receive a confirmation email from Jet Stim indicating that your accommodation form has been registered (do not forget to indicate your email address in the accommodation form).
